Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast sliced
- 5-6 cloves garlic minced
- 3 medium onions chopped
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 200-400 g mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sesame and ginger sauce Asian style
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken breast to the pan and sauté until lightly browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add chopped onions to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
- Sprinkle sweet paprika and red pepper flakes over the ingredients and mix well.

- Toss in chopped carrots and continue cooking for a few minutes.
- Add broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry until vegetables are slightly tender.
- Incorporate sliced mushrooms into the mix and cook until they release their juices.
- Pour in 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, followed by 3 tablespoons of sesame and ginger sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
- Continue cooking for a few more minutes until everything is heated through and well-coated in the sauce.
