Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add sliced chicken breast to the pan and sauté until lightly browned.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add chopped onions to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
Sprinkle sweet paprika and red pepper flakes over the ingredients and mix well.
Toss in chopped carrots and continue cooking for a few minutes.
Add broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry until vegetables are slightly tender.
Incorporate sliced mushrooms into the mix and cook until they release their juices.
Pour in 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, followed by 3 tablespoons of sesame and ginger sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Stir to combine.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
Continue cooking for a few more minutes until everything is heated through and well-coated in the sauce.
