Let’s start by taking a peek into my background. Currently, Toronto, Canada is my home. However, I was born and grew up in Latakia, a charming coastal city in Syria. It’s a place known for its Mediterranean vibes and cultural richness. From the tasty food to the soothing seaside atmosphere, Latakia weaves together flavors, textures, and aromas that are all about its deep connection to the ocean.

My journey into the world of food began right at home, in my mom’s kitchen. There, I learned how to make incredibly healthy and seriously yummy Mediterranean dishes. As time went on, I figured out the secrets behind cooking these delicious meals that not only make your taste buds dance but also do wonders for your overall well-being. With tips and recipes passed down through generations, I fully embraced the magic of Mediterranean cooking.
