Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast sliced
  • 5-6 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 medium onions chopped
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 200-400 g mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sesame and ginger sauce Asian style
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add sliced chicken breast to the pan and sauté until lightly browned.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add chopped onions to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
  • Sprinkle sweet paprika and red pepper flakes over the ingredients and mix well.
  • Toss in chopped carrots and continue cooking for a few minutes.
  • Add broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry until vegetables are slightly tender.
  • Incorporate sliced mushrooms into the mix and cook until they release their juices.
  • Pour in 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce, followed by 3 tablespoons of sesame and ginger sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Stir to combine.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
  • Continue cooking for a few more minutes until everything is heated through and well-coated in the sauce.
