boiled Eggs

handful of green mint,
chopped

handful of green onions
chopped
Handful of parsley
chopped

extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Instructions
In a bowl, combine all the above ingredients.
Toast the whole grain bread.
Crush the eggs and avocado together and mix them with the chopped vegetables
Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt, mix well
Spread the mixed ingredients over the bread.
Top with olives and a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds.
